The Longhorns are riding high lately, coming off of a surprising series win over Texas Tech and now continuing their winning ways in out-of-conference play by defeating Texas State, 6-2, in midweek action. After a rough start to the 2016 campaign, Texas is just one game below .500 (20-21) after an amazing turnaround that has seen UT win six of their last seven games.
